WBCN: WBCN – WICKENBURG BREAST CANCER NETWORK, INC. The non-profit corporation has been formed to provide educational and emotional support, and financial assistance for the diagnosis, and treatment of breast cancer in Wickenburg and surrounding rural communities. The primary annual fundraising event is “Wickenburg Walks to BOOT Breast Cancer”, held annually in October in downtown Wickenburg, Arizona. The event is conducted by a volunteer event committee and the funds raised are donated to the Pink Ribbon Angels of the Wickenburg Community Hospital Auxiliary which provide breast cancer diagnosis and support to uninsured and underinsured women and men. The remaining funds are donated for research to eradicate breast cancer. The corporation’s tax exempt number is 27-0216087.
